PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of efficiently achieving jamming processing. SOLUTION: Jaming sensors S1 to S6 and SA to SC arranged at specified positions in a carrying path are connected to a CPU 300 through an input circuit 302. LED lamps 211 and 220 informing of a jamming occurring position are connected to the CPU 300 through an LED driving circuit 304. The CPU 300 discriminates the jamming occurring position based on an output signal outputted from the jamming sensor and drives the LED lamp corresponding to the jamming occurring position. In the case jamming occurs simultaneously at plural spots or in the case the jamming processing must be performed at plural spots, the CPU 300 flickers the LED lamp corresponding to the position where the processing must be performed most preferentially, and then turns on the LED lamp corresponding to other position so as to efficiently inform a user of jamming processing procedure. |
