PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct spread-spectrum signal receiver which has a simple circuit configuration and a small circuit scale and a synchronous acquisition circuit. SOLUTION: The filter factors of matched filters 211-21N are set so that the factors can become equivalent to those of circuits which multiply spread- spectrum code signals having different frequencies and the filters 211-21N output correlation values between spread-spectrum code signals and spread-spectrum signal data having different frequencies. The correlation values are respectively averaged by means of corresponding square circuits 221-22N and adders 231-23N. The averaged correlation values are monitored by means of a maximum value selecting circuit 23 over a plurality of samples and the circuit 23 finds the correcting value of the frequency deviation of a carrier from the frequency of the path having the maximum correlation value (most matched frequency) and, at the same time, the phase correcting amount of spread-spectrum signals from the positional information (phase information) of the sample at which the correlation value of the path becomes the maximum. |
