PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable packaging multi-layer film of superior low temperature heat sealing properties and good reflection properties suitable for the high speed automatic packaging properties. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable multi-layer film of at least three layers is composed of a resin composition formed by mixing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer B having the density of 0.870-0.910g/cm<3> and only one endothermic peak by differential thermal analysis (DSC) of 10-50 pts.wt. with an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer A having the density of both outer layers of 0.910-0.935g/cm<3> and two endothermic peaks by differential thermal analysis (DSC) of 100 pts.wt.
