PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small reduction-gear device with a large reduction gear ratio, even in a simple structure that includes an over-running clutch. SOLUTION: An outer pin 46 is included as a torque-transmitting body in an eccentric reduction device. The outer pin 46 is held by an inner circumference of an outer ring 44, while the torque is transmitted from a tooth of the inner gear 42 to the inner circumference of the outer ring 44. At the same time, the outer pin 46 moves by centrifugal force in itself in such a way that the outer pin 46 is dislocated away from the tooth of the inner gear 42, to cut off the reverse transmission of torque from the outer ring 44 to the inner gear 42.
