PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize a number of articles at once uniformly. SOLUTION: A sterilizing chamber 2 comprising an article supply port 2d which can be opened/closed, and a discharge port 2 which can be connected to a connection port 6a of a transfer box 6 as a sterile condition is maintained is rotatably supported. A sterile container 4 has an aperture part 4c which can be connected to a connection part 6b on the underside of the transfer box 6 as the sterile condition is maintained. The sterilizing chamber 2 and the transfer box 6 are respectively composed to be capable of elevation. An article is supplied from the supply port 2d into the sterilizing chamber 2, and after the supply port 2d is closed, this sterilizing chamber 2 is rotated, while sterile gas is supplied from a hydrogen peroxide gas supply device. After completion of sterilizing, the sterilizing chamber 2 and the transfer box 6 are elevated, the sterile container 4 is moved to connect these three to each other, and inner parts of them are connected to each other as the sterile condition is maintained. The article inside the sterilizing chamber 2 is moved to the sterile container 4. |
