PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulation device capable of completely evading the influence of a power supply noise from a body or an electromagnetically induced noise in a cable to an analog circuit. SOLUTION: The emulation device is provided with an emulation device body 10 having a debugging function and a probe 20 including a circuit for emulating at least a part of the functions of a target system in a peripheral everchip 42. An independent power supply line 51 and a ground line 52 are connected and supplied from an external system such as a target system to an analog circuit 44 included in the everchip 42 for executing emulation without connecting a power supply lime 32 and a ground line 33 supplied from the body 10 to the circuit 44. Thus the analog circuit 44 is completely separated from the body 10 and a cable 31 which are noise sources. |
