FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in reinforcing and reconstruction of buildings and structures with cast-in-place piles, and in stabilization of loose ground. According to method, bore-hole is drilled, reinforcement is installed, ground layer adjacent to wall of building is loosened by treating bore-hole wall with special solution, then hardening solution is injected and ground is compressed. Loosening of ground adjacent to wall of building is performed by treating bore-hole wall with water or water-clay solution. Required degree of loosening is determined from relations brought in description of invention. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 dwge
