Apparatus contains stabilizer-mixer in the form of cone mounted on bulges of casing of burner. Burner has slots and is mounted on bulge of gas-collection bell. Upper part of burner is connected with gas duct system. Apparatus enables enhancing efficiency of burning out carbon monoxide and tarry substances.
