SUBSTANCE: device has grip with handles made in form of semirings interconnected by hinge joint and provided with inner circular slot for gripping metal cap of vessel. Inner diameter of slot lower wall is smaller than outer diameter of vessel cap, and height of slot is smaller than height from 1 upper plane of metal cap to lower wall of rubber stopper bead.
