PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure a conductive adhesive in a short time and to secure a strong adhesion by applying the adhesive to a lighting fixture body side junction, and fitting and curing a lens side junction via the adhesive to bond and integrate them together. SOLUTION: A lighting fixture body 1 is molded using a PP resin, and a seal groove 4 serving as one junction is formed at the edge of an opening in its front. A leg part 5 serving as the other junction, which projects rearward to fit into the groove 4 in the body 1, is provided at the edge of the back of a lens 2. The groove 4 is used to heat and cure a conductive adhesive 6 in a short time, and after the curing a strong adhesion can be obtained. Therefore, large amounts of adhesives are not required in bonding them together as in conventional cases and hence the groove 4 can be formed to be smaller than conventional lighting fixture grooves in groove width W and groove depth Y. Similarly the leg part 5 can be formed to be shorter in length to correspond to the depth Y of the groove 4, and the groove width X can be formed to be a predetermined times smaller than the molding wall thickness Z of the leg part 5. |
