PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a corrosion resistance and make various kinds of aerosol propellants usable by a method wherein a specific metal laminate covered with a composite film made by laminating a plurality of specific resin layers on one another is drawn to form a container so that the resin layers are positioned inside the container. SOLUTION: At least one of faces of an aluminum sheet or a steel sheet is necessary to be covered with a composite film with the aid of an acid- modified polyolefin resin, and an adherent resin modified with an acid component by a graft reaction is used. The composite film for covering one face of the metal sheet with the aid of the acid-modified polyolefin resin is used by laminating a polyethylene resin layer or a polypropylene resin layer on both sides of a vinyliden chloride resin layer. A metal laminate thus obtained by laminating the composite film on the metal sheet under heating is drawn to form a container so that the resin layers are positioned on an inner face side of the container. By this method, a problem of corrosion by the contents of a liquid even in the case of a strong-acidic hair dye can be solved, and the contents can be sprayed in a foggy state or in a foamy state by using dimethyl ether or liquefied natural gas as an aerosol propellant. |
