PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rapidly publishing a magnetic display medium by providing a means housing a plurality of magnetic media while heating the display layers of the magnetic display media to a liquid phase and the means partially applying magnetism to the display layers in the heated state. SOLUTION: A control means 101 controls a housing means 102, a transfer means 103, a whole surface magnetism applying means 104 and a partial magnetism applying means 105. When a light emission command is issued to a light emission device, the light emission device is started to be operated, and the temp. of the magnetic display media is the housing means 102 is recognized by the specification of the control means 101. When it is recognized that the temp. is the temp. of the liquid phase state, the temp. of the magnetic media in the housing means 102 is recognized by the specification of the control means 101. Then, the transfer means 103 is operated, and the magnetic display medium is initialized by the whole surface magnetism applying means while moving it under the whole surface magnetism applying means 104. Then, the partial magnetism applying means 105 is operated while further moving it by the transfer means 103. The magnetic display medium is carried out of an issue device, and the operation of the publishing device is ended. |
