PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce material loss and improve the strength of a foam by bonding a plastic or rubber molding to a regular form sealing material which is molded with a self-fusion-bonding rubber compound into a shape to be bonded to the molding. SOLUTION: A plastic or vulcanized rubber cover is made by injection molding, press molding, etc., while a regular form sealing material 4 is made from self-fusion-bonding rubber, and the cover and the sealing material 4 are combined into a composite. A cover main body is molded by injection molding, compression molding, vacuum forming, etc., with the use of plastic such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and nylon 6 or rubber such as chloroprene, ethylene- propylene rubber, and butyl rubber. A rubber compound in which a rubber component is mixed with a filler, a tackifier, a softening agent, etc., is used as the self-fusion-bonding rubber 2. Since the molding of the rubber 2 is bonded afterward to a plastic molding or a vulcanized rubber molding which has been difficult in working into a composite, working is made possible. |
