PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film which is excellent in transparency, as well as in pinhole resistance at a low temp., e.g. 0 deg.C, and slipperiness at a high humidity by forming a compsn. comprising a polyamide resin and a specified modified polyolefin resin into a film. SOLUTION: This polyamide film is prepd. by forming a polyamide resin compsn., comprising 99.9 to 92.0wt.% polyamide resin and 0.1 to 8.0wt.% modified polyolefin resin prepd. by graftpolymerizing anα,β-unsatd. carboxylic acid or its deriv. onto a polyolefinic copolymer of ethylene with a 3 C or higherαolefin, into a film. Properties of this film are such that the number of pinholes created in a repeated flexing fatigue test (1,000 times) at 0 deg.C is not more than 5, the coefficient of statical friction between film surfaces as measured at 23 deg.C and 90% RH is not more than 2.0, and the haze is not more than 7%. This polyamide film can be widely used in applications at a low temp., such as food packaging materials and medical packaging materials, use in which has hitherto been restficted.
