摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a powdery and granular material into a container at high speed and in a high accuracy, by calculating the material weight existing in the air from the position right under the opened discharge outlet in the storage part to the container to be charged, on the basis of a specified formula and closing the opening/closing device when the charged volume reaches a specified calculated value. SOLUTION: An initial charging weight at a large quantity of charging stage is setα% of an objective charging volume W0 . The falling time tτof a powdery material from the discharge opening of a charging hopper 14 to a container 1 is measured and stored in a memory when the shutter 15 is opened at a specified large opening. When the charged weight has reached the initial charging weight (W0×α) at the large quantity of charging stage, the shutter is changed over to a small opening. The material weight Wh existing in the air from the position right under the discharge opening of the hopper 14 to the container is calculated on the basis of a formula of the falling time tτand the flow rate (q), Wh =q×tτ. The time when the charging weight W into the container 1 reaches (W0 -Wh ) is set to be the closing timing (t) of shutter. In this way, the material can be charged at a high speed and in a high accuracy.
