SOLUTION: Both peripheral edges P2, P3 positioned on both sides of one peripheral edge P1 of an air bag body 10 are folded as both oblique folded parts D1, D2 on the basis of folding lines H1, H2, obliquely onto the centerline Q side of the air bag body 10 on the center side of an upper wall 10a, along with both end parts of a peripheral edge side P4 opposed to the peripheral edge P1. At this time, the folding line H1 is to be a straight line inclined by a specified angleθon the basis of an intersecting part Q1 between the opposed peripheral edge P4 and centerline Q of the air bag body 10, while the folding line H2 is to be a straight line connecting a boundary part P13 to a boundary vicinity part P14 and is inclined in relation to the centerline Q.
