摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the fire-fly state of conductive foreign matter accurately by detecting the partial discharge, wherein at least one generating pattern of the time interval and the amplitude of a partial discharged pulse is classified into two parts. SOLUTION: The detected signal of a partial discharge detector 50 is accepted in an oscilloscope 60 and converted into the discharge pulse. The information is operated and judged in a computer 70, and the presence or absence of the occurrence of fire fly is displayed. The flre-fly phenomenon accompanies two kinds of the discharging phenomena. One is the partial discharge, which occurs at the tip of a conductive torign matter on the side of a grounding tank 20 when the conductive foreign matter 20 reaches a high-voltage conductor 10. Another is the partial discharge, which occurs in the gap between the conductive foreign matter 80 and the high voltage conductor 10. At the time of the fire flay, two kinds of the patterns of the discharges, wherein the charge time interval is long and the amplitude is large, and the charge, wherein the interval is short and the amplitude is small, appear. Thereafter, when the partial discharge, wherein one generated pattern is classified into two parts, is detected, it is judged that the conductive foreign matter causes the fire fly.</p>
