PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability, responsiveness, and follow-up of control, and to prevent energy loss by hunting, and deterioration of an equipment for operation. SOLUTION: The temperature THW of hot water from a heat source is read (Step 101). The difference between the read the temperature THW of hot water and the supply air set temperature TSP is operated (Step 102), and the correction factor α1 corresponding to the difference between the hot water temperature THW and the supply air set temperature TSP is determined from the preset correction factor table (Step 103). The PID proportional band (heating PB) for heating is corrected by the determined correction factor α1 (Step 104), the control output is obtained using the newly corrected heating PB (Step 105), and the equipment for operation such as a hot water valve 4 is controlled (Step 106). |
