PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the voice recognition device in which a large scale vocabulary is made as a recognition object and a superior recognition performance is obtained. SOLUTION: When a necessary slot is selected by a user among plural voice input slots, a controlling section 5 moves the recognition vocabulary related to the selected slot to a slot dictionary 2 from a whole dictionary 1. Then, a voice recognition section 3 conducts voice recognition against the inputted voice based on the vocabulary in the dictionary 2. If the recognition liklihood is less than a threshold value, a voice recognition is conducted again based on the vocabulary of the dictionary 1. |
