SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to inhibited compositions based on wastes from fat-and-oil industry and may find use for protecting steel structures against atmosphere corrosion. Composition contains 97-98 wt % of special-brand fat mass and 1-2 wt % of copper chlorophyll derivatives. Corrosion rate is reduced owing to formation, upon components' mixing, of organic salts and complexes manifesting corrosion inhibitor properties.
