FIELD: electric communication, computer engineering, in particular, cryptographic method and equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of encryption key as set of sub-keys, splitting data block into sub- blocks and subsequent application of binary operations to sub-keys and sub-blocks. In addition method involves generation of binary vector and application of l-th sub-key to i-th sub-block B<SB>i</SB>, where <EMI ID=0.253 HE=3 WI=42 TI=CHI> and <EMI ID=0.254 HE=3 WI=39 TI=CHI> is number of sub-keys. Sub-key number l is based on value of binary vector. Binary vector conforms to structure of j-th sub-block B<SB>j</SB>, where j = 1,2,3,...,N, and <EMI ID=0.255 HE=3 WI=9 TI=CHI> or to structure of j-th sub-block B<SB>j</SB>, where <EMI ID=0.256 HE=3 WI=9 TI=CHI>, and number of sub-key which has been applied to sub-block in previous step.
