PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a substrate from being heated and to prevent characteristics of a high frequency circuit on the substrate from being deteriorated and being shortened in life. SOLUTION: A laser holder 9 is provided with a rugged part for heat radiation on an outside wall part. This rugged part for heat radiation is made by forming a plurality of grooves 85 in parallel with a shaft of the holder 9 over the whole side wall of the holder 9. This rugged part for heat radiation expands a surface area and easily radiates the heat of the holder 9 off the holder 9. The heat produced by semiconductor laser 38 is conducted in the holder 9 and is, further, efficiently conducted to the frame and radiated into the air via the rugged part for heat radiation on the outside wall of the holder 9. |
