<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a papermaking pulp sludge cement board, having a high bending strength and a high compressive strength and excellent in dimensional stability and nail-holding properties by suppressing solidification inhibiting actions of a cement solidification inhibiting material contained in a papermaking pulp sludge and provide a method for producing the papermaking pulp sludge cement board. SOLUTION: This papermaking pulp sludge cement board is produced by adding a bittern component as a hardener to a papermaking pulp sludge, then mixing the resultant mixture with a cement in a semidry state or adding the bittern component as the hardener to the papermaking pulp sludge previously impregnated with a very small amount of a gypsum, subsequently mixing the resultant impregnated papermaking pulp sludge with the cement in the semidry state, press molding the prepared mixture in a metallic mold, then demolding the molding product, curing and drying the molding product.</p> |
