<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave a double ended needle in a chemical-filled container by providing, at a slot into which the sealed mouth of the chemical-filled container can be inserted, a projection that is locked to a recess at the sealed mouth and a rib piece forced to lie on its side by the periphery of the sealed mouth. SOLUTION: A needle holder 3 for a double ended needle A has a slot 4 in the form of concentric tubes integrated with the side of the holder 3 facing one needle part 2, and its top 4a is divided into four circular parts 4a1 by four equally spaced slits 5, with an inwardly protruding locking projection 6 formed near the upper end of each of the circular parts. Also, a rib piece 7 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a lower part 4b to which the tubular slot 4 continues. While a solution-filled container (a) and a chemical-filled container (b) are internally coupled and communicated to each other via the double ended needle A, the locking projection 6 provided at the slot 4 is locked to a recess b2 at the rear end of a sealed mouth b1 . The rib piece 7 forced to lie on its side is strongly pressed against the periphery of the sealed mouth b1 , producing a frictional engaging force. The locking force and the frictional engaging force enhance the resistance of the needle part 2 to the pulling out of needles.</p> |
