PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered different hardness seat fitted with a skin having air permeability, good in surface touch and having hardness capable of supporting the body wt. of a sitting person. SOLUTION: A seat 1 is covered with a skin material 2 having air permeability and consists of first foam 10 becoming a base part and the second foam 6 provided thereon to be integrated therewith. Protruding parts 12, 13 are provided on the surface of the first foam 10 at the parts corresponding to suction molded parts. A liquid foamable mixture is charged and laminated on the first foam 10 so as to become thin at the suction molded parts and thick at other part and, when the charged and laminated mixture is completed in gas reaction but still held to a flowable state, suction is performed through suction holes by the first foam 10 and the pressure mold positioned on the skin material on the liquid foamable mixture and having the shape of the ceiling part of the seat and provided with suction holes to perform pressure compression. |
