PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically mount a core and a terminal pin in a core mounting process at a time of the injection molding of an electric fusion joint while suppressing equipment cost inexpensively--. SOLUTION: The core passed through a winding process and a terminal processing process is grasped by the core grasping means 7 of a mounting unit 1 and, after the terminal pin 8 mounted on a terminal pin is held by a terminal pin holding means 9, the mounting unit is fed to the vicinity of a mold by a feed means 2 to insert the terminal pin into the terminal pin insertion hole of a mold by predetermined quantity and, immediately before the terminal holding means comes into contact with the mold, the holding of the terminal pin is released and the terminal pin holding means is retracted from the mold part and, after the core is moved to a predetermined position, the grasping of the core by the core grasping means is released to separate the mounting unit from the mold. |
