PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data processor for obtaining image data which can be easy to see even when pixel density is converted. SOLUTION: An image data processor 1 is provided with a gradation emphasizing circuit 11 and a pixel-density converting circuit 12. The gradation- emphasizing circuit 11 considers one pixel among plural pixels, calculates the average of the multilevel data of the plural pixels adjacent to the pixel under consideration, and outputs an arithmetic result based on a difference between the multilevel data of the arithmetic result and the multilevel data of the pixel under consideration as new multilevel data in which the density of the pixel under consideration is emphasize. Also, a pixel-density converting circuit 12 calculates the average of the multilevel data of the adjacent two pixels for the multilevel data of each pixel, inputted from the gradation emphasizing circuit 11, selects and outputs the multilevel data of the arithmetic result or the multilevel data before the arithmetic operation, and converts the number of the pixels worth one line. |
