PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe, lightweight and heat-resistant high-strength ceramic composite plate having high residual strength even in breakage by using fly ash as a main raw material. SOLUTION: This ceramic composite plate is obtained by embedding a mesh sheet made of a heat-resistant material, e.g. a stainless mesh sheet 2 into a substrate obtained by mixing a fly ash as a main raw material with a binder and baking the substrate in which the mesh sheet is embedded at 500-1300 deg.C to integrate the substrate with the mesh sheet. A substrate obtained by adding 2-30 pts.wt. binder and further, 10-30 pts.wt. refractory fine aggregate to 100 pts.wt. fly ash is preferably used as the substrate. |
