PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the illicit usage regarding a recording medium on which the application program is recorded, by preventing that the installation is executed without limitation. SOLUTION: The number of times of installation is recorded on the recording/ reproducing area of the recording medium in accordance with the execution of installation, and when the application program is requested to be installed to another certain recording medium, the recorded number of times of installation in the past is confirmed (F103), and only when this number of times of installation is less than a predetermined number of times, the installation is executed (F104-F107). |
