摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal power source generation circuit which can reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: Power source voltage V1 is supplied to one end of a rectifier circuit 3 constituted by connecting rectifying elements 1 and 2 in series in the forward direction X, and an output terminal of a capacity element C is connected to a node N connecting the rectifying elements 1, 2. First and second voltage generation circuits 11, 12 in which input terminal voltage of the capacity element C is varied by charging and discharging electric charges for the capacity element C by operation of a switch circuit 4 operating based on a control signalϕand output voltage V01 , V02 being different from the power source voltage V1 are outputted to the other end of the rectifier circuit 3 are provided. A switching element SW supplies the charges to the capacity element C of the second voltage generation circuit 12 when electric charges accumulated in the capacity element C of the first voltage generation circuit 11 is discharged by switching operation of the switch CW, also when electric charges accumulated in the capacity element C of the second voltage generation circuit 12 are charged, the charges are supplied to the capacity element C of the first voltage generation circuit 11.
