摘要

FIELD: electrochemical grinding of difficult-to-work alloys and steels. SUBSTANCE: petals of grinding wheel are made in the form of metal grid covered with abrasive material. Thickness of metal grid does not exceed doubled size of abrasive material grains. Grid defining wires are positioned at an angle of 45 deg to grid edge extending in parallel with grinding wheel axis of rotation. Volume of grid wires is 10-16% of the total volume of petal. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwga
