FIELD: medicine, neurology, sports medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: preliminary electropuncture diagnostics and medicinal testing are conducted in patients to indicate homeopathic products along with those possessing spasmolytic, antiphlogistic, anesthetic and metabolic actions which are introduced perorally into a body 3-5 days before the onset of curative impact, during the whole course of therapy and 3-5 days after its finishing by combining with daily intake of distilled water on the empty stomach. Curative impact should be started with a massage of cervico-accipital region directed to reveal injured mobile segments of backbone and functional blocks followed by conducting point massage for biologically active points in combination with color-impulse therapy. Then at doing exercises of curative gymnastics after isometric muscular tension at inhalation their postisometric relaxation is conducted at expiration, manual therapy is carried out immediately after exercises complex. Curative seance is completed by electroneuroadaptive stimulation upon segments C<SB>7</SB>-C<SB>1</SB>. There are 3-10 seances per the whole therapy course. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy in patients of any age with no contraindications and complications due to individual approach and gradual preparing a patient to receive manual therapy. 7 cl
