This invention relates to a programmable semiautomatic portable key cutting machine. More particularly, this invention pertains to a portable key cutting machine which semi-automatically cuts key blanks in accordance with key blank manufacturers' key profile information which is stored in a programmable memory. We have invented a portable semi-automatic computer code key machine with a built-in user definable master key system. The system can be used in the field and operated on 12 volts or 110 volts to create without key patterns or duplicate keys simulated key manufacturers' originals which are programmed in a computer which is part of the machine.
