SUBSTANCE: substituted N-(1,3,5-triazine-2-yl)aminocarbonyl sulfone amides having common formula <EMI ID=0.174 HE=21 WI=54 TI=CHI> where R<SB>1</SB> is Cl or COOCH<SB>3</SB>; R<SB>2</SB> is =OCH<SB>3</SB> or N(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>; R<SB>3</SB> is CH<SB>3</SB> or ON=C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>, ON=C(CH<SB>3</SB>)C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>5</SB>; R<SB>4</SB> is H, CH<SB>3</SB> are prepared by stepped phosgenation of corresponding arylsulfone amides and mixture of amines as catalyst. Initially the process is carried out at 15-25 C in the presence of diethyl ethanolamine. Then phosgenation take places at 60-70 C and at 125-135 C when primary and tertiary amines are fed, the process is followed by interaction of thus prepared arylsulonyl isocyanate and products of phosgenation of amines with amine heterocycle. Molar ratio of primary amine, tertiary amine, diethyl ethanolamine to arylsulfone amide is 0.015:0.017: 0.012-0.014: 0.015-0.017: 1 respectively. EFFECT: increased yield of desired product; improved quality of desired product.
