FIELD: pneumatic brake systems. SUBSTANCE: device has shaft provided with one locking cam on ends of handles projecting from holes, with stop disks in trajectory of cam turning. Stop disks adjoin by their surfaces with stop projection installed for turning around axle together with stop lever. Stop lever has safety member installed for passing, with geometrical closing, through shield support with stop lever and stop projection in locking position.
