DEVICE FOR INGOT CUTTING

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device consists of cutting mechanism with two cutters, cutting mechanism hydraulic cylinders and automatic control system of ingot cutting. Device bed consists of two mold walls inclined in upper part and capable of rotation. Body of cutting mechanism is located in recesses of lower part of mold walls and provided with additional cutters and made for motion in horizontal plane. Cutters are located on axle with splines in body of cutting mechanism and may be moved in vertical plane by means of hydraulic cylinder, and two other vertical walls of mold may execute reciprocation motions. EFFECT: simplified design of machine for continuous casting. 3 dwgd
