摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts mounting device which positions a parts adsorber and a part on the basis of an image pickup signal of the part supplied through a chucking nozzle and positions a parts mounting position to the chucked part on the basis of the image pickup signal of the part chucked by the chucking nozzle via the chucking nozzle, thereby enabling the parts to be mounted with high precision and high density. SOLUTION: An image pickup camera 41 obtains an image of a part 40 supplied to a parts supplying position A through a chucking nozzle 35 and a control unit 43 connected to an image monitor 42 coincides the center of the supplied part 40 with a chucking nozzle part 38 on the basis of a deviation amount between the supplied part 40 and the nozzle part 38. A control unit 67 connected to an image pickup camera 65 for obtaining an image of the part 40 held by the nozzle 35 through the nozzle 35 calculates the deviation between the nozzle part 38 and the center position of the part 40 on the basis of an image on a monitor 66 and operates a print board positioning mechanism 44 in the XY directions on the basis of the deviation amount, thereby positioning the electronic part 40 adsorbed by the nozzle 35 with a predetermined electronic parts mounting position of a print board 2.
