PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reply omission by displaying an alarm message when a reply period is due without removing an electronic mail with the reply period till a reply is executed to the electronic mail with the reply period. SOLUTION: When the electronic mail with the reply is received, a removal impossible sign is turned on so as not to remove the mail in ST21. The removal impossible sign is held till a replay return mail is transmitted so that the applying mail is not removed during the sign is on. Then, it is judged whether or not the return mail with the reply is transmitted in ST22. At the time of no reply, a processing is progressed to ST26 so as to judge whether the reply is due or not. When it is judged that the reply period is due, progress is executed to ST27. In ST27, it is judged whether or not the alarm message showing that the reply period is due is under display. The alarm message is displayed so that it is reported to a person who replies that the electronic mail with the reply period which is due exists. |
