PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call controller in which an incoming call suitable for a surrounding environment can be obtained without necessitating any help. SOLUTION: The frequency components of a background sound, inputted to a microphone 1 are fetched by a frequency dividing part 22, and collated with each background sound pattern stored in a background sound dictionary 23 by a collating part 24. The level of the background sound is detected by a level-detecting part 25. The collated result and the level information of the background sound are inputted from a control circuit 26 to a control circuit 104. An incoming calling circuit, corresponding to the collated result and the background sound level information is read from a memory 102 by the control circuit 104, and a switching part 105 is allowed to connect with any one of incoming calling circuits 107-109. |
