PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease dimension in a fitting direction of a connector extending a cable in a right angle direction relating to the fitting direction to a mate connector. SOLUTION: This connector comprises a housing main unit 1 formed with a first arrangement groove 4 arranging a first cable row C1, intermediate member 3 formed with a second arrangement groove 3D arranging a second cable row C2 and a hold member 2 holding a first/second contact shoe row 5, 6. In the first/second contact row, respective protrusive blade-shaped press contact parts 5B, 6B are provided in a position biting in a core wire in a tip end part of the first/second cable row, and connection parts 5A, 6A for connection to a mate connector are protruded from an opening of the hold member 2. A contact of the second contact row 6 is positioned in a reverse side in the intermediate relating to the connection part 6A in a fitting direction, and has an extension part 6C in parallel to the second cable row, and the press contact part 6B is formed in the extension part 6C. |
