摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transparent electrode substrate having good slidability and high light transmittance by laminating a surface roughening layer on the side on which a transparent conductive layer on a substrate the surface roughness of which is specified and specifying the surface roughness. SOLUTION: As for a transparent conductive laminate, in the transparent conductive laminate which is formed by laminating a transparent conductive layer on one surface of a substrate of an organic polymer molding, with regard to the surface roughness of the substrate, the average roughness of the central surface is made to be less than 0.003μm. A surface roughening layer is laminated on the side on which the transparent conductive layer on the substrate is laminated, and as the transparent conductive laminate, with regard to the surface roughness of the surface on the side on which the transparent conductive layer is laminated, the average roughness of the central surface is made to be 0.003-0.04μm. Concerning a transparent tablet, in a transparent tablet in which two transparent electrode substrates are arranged so that the electrode surfaces faces each other, the transparent conductive laminate is to be used as one transparent electrode substrate.
