PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To try small size and lightweight and to easily admit lubricating oil in an oil sump into a case. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a case 1, a first and a second side gear 17, 19, a first pinion gear 29 having a first gear part 33 engaged with the side gear 17 at one and a second gear part 35 at the other end, a second pinion gear 31 having a third gear part 37 engaged with the gear part 33 of the pinion gear 29 at one end and a fourth gear part 39 engaged with the other side gear 19 and engaged with the gear part 35 of the pinion gear 29 at the other end, and housing holes 21, 23 for supporting both the pinion gears 29, 31. The end surfaces of both the pinion gears 29, 31 are positioned by abutting to the axial ends of the housing holes 21, 23. The inner part and the other part of the case 1 are communicated to the axial end sides of the housing holes 21, 23 at one sidewall side of the case 1. Provided are openings 25a, 27a for partially exposing the ends of both the pinion gears.
