摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize all of the possibility attainable dynamically of a driving device and to enhance the production efficiency of the value of an automatic formation layer by a method wherein the setting of the speed value of the component of force of the motion in the horizontal direction of a wire material joint is adjusted according to the allowable largest acceleration in the horizontal direction and/or acceleration in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: A wire material joint, which guides a capillary upwards almost vertically in a first motion phase S1 to draw out a specially necessary length of wire material and guides the capillary downwards to a second connection point along an arch shape in a second motion phase S2, is formed. The speed of the component of force of the motion in the horizontal direction of the wire material joint is set at least in the second motion phases 2. After that, the speed of the component of force of the motion in the vertical direction of the wire material joint is calculated on the basis of a prescribed orbit of the capillary. Moreover, at the time of the calculation, the setting of the speed value of the component of force of the motion in the horizontal direction is adjusted according to the allowable largest acceleration in the horizontal direction and/or acceleration in the vertical direction. Thereby, the curved orbit of the capillary is improved as a whole so as to be able to set more rapidly.
