FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has support mounting impeller on horizontal axle; impeller rim carries chambers intercommunicating through hollow spokes; novelty is that engine is provided with compressor, two receivers, air control valves, and two support-mounted bows with stops; rim is built up of tubular axles with external rectangular plate and chambers are built up of casings embracing axles and plates; side walls of casings form open cylinder with radial internal wall contacting the axle; end flanges of casings are mounted on axle through bearings; receivers are installed on extensions of impeller axle and communicate with compressor and with inner spaces of chambers, axles, and spokes; air control valves are mounted on spokes for engaging stops; bows are mounted for contacting side walls of chamber casings; one of bows is placed in bottom part of impeller outside the casings and other one, in top part on their inner side.
