<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection part structure of a braided string having beautiful appearance and excellent functionality and safety and utilizable in various fields. SOLUTION: A braided string made of natural fiber, synthetic fiber or metallic fiber or a braided string 2 composed of a combination of arbitrary numbers of yarns consisting of single natural fiber, synthetic fiber or metallic fiber or their mixture at an arbitrary ratio is covered with a thermoplastic resin over the whole length. The thermoplastic resin coating layer 1 on the braided string 2 is peeled and removed at a position separated from an end 3 of the string 2 by an arbitrary length. The end part 3 of a braided string 2 coated with the thermoplastic resin is inserted into a cavity formed in the part 4 of the other braided string 2 free from the coating layer 1. The end part 3 of the other braided string 2 coated with the thermoplastic resin is inserted into the cavity in the part 4 of the former braided string 2 free from the coating layer to complete the mutual connection of both braided strings 2, 2.</p> |
