PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive compsn. excellent in sensitivity and preservability by incorporating a specified compd. SOLUTION: This photosensitive compsn. contains a compd. represented by the formula preferably by 0.5-10wt.%. In the formula, each of R<1> and R<2> is H or an alkyl, both of them are not H, each of R<3> -R<5> is H, an alkyl, etc., and two or more of R<3> -R<5> may bond to each other to form a ring. The compd. is preferably diisopropoxybenzene, its deriv., isopropoxybenzoquinone or its deriv. A diazo compd. such as a polycondensation resin consisting of an arom. diazonium compd. and a carbonyl compd. is preferably contained in this compsn. |
