PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blue transparent glass coloring agent composition comprising fine gold particles, a Ti-organic compound, a Si-organic compound, an Ag-organic compound, a binder resin and an organic solvent, capable of being stored for a long period, little in the change of the color and capable of dyeing glass in a transparent blue color. SOLUTION: (a) The fine gold particles having a particle diameter of 1-50nm are dispersed in a polymer (e.g. nylon), or the fine gold particles having a particle diameter of <=10nm are dispersed in a solvent (e.g.α-terpineol). The Ti- organic compound (e.g. Ti propoxide) is used in an amount of 0.5-10 moles per mole of the fine gold particles (a). The Si-organic compound (e.g. Si propoxide) is used in an amount of 0.5-10 moles per mole of the fine gold particles. The Ag-organic compound (e.g. silver acetate) is used in an amount of 0.01-5 moles per mole of the fine gold particles. The binder resin includes a nitrocellulose. The coloring agent composition may further contain a defoaming agent such as a silicon oil. The raw materials are dissolved in an organic solvent (e.g. meta-cresol) and subsequently stirred to form a pasty product.
