<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inflow of mixture water in a hot water tank through a reverse flow of most of mixture water in a hot and cold water mixing tank when a hot water pump is stopped by a method wherein a rise part rising to a level higher than that of water in the hot cold water mixing tank is formed and a small air blow-in hole is formed in the vicinity of a top part. SOLUTION: An inverted U-shaped rise part 7A rising to a level higher than a water level L in a hot cold water mixing tank 2 is formed on the downstream side of a stop valve 4, and a small blowin a hole 20 is formed in a part positioned in the hot cold water mixing tank 2. When a hot water pump 6 is stopped, air flows in the rise part 7A through the air blow-in hole 20 and since the occurrence of siphon phenomenon is blocked, mixture water in the hot cold water mixing tank 2 is prevented from the occurrence of reverse flow over the rise part 7A. Hot water in a hot water transfer pipe 7 situated upper stream from the rise part 7A is prevented from a reverse flow by a stop valve 4 and a check valve 5. This constitution prevents the hot cold water mixing tank from being empty and prevents the occurrence of overflow over the hot water tank and contamination of the vicinity thereof.</p> |
