PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job supporting system capable of dealing with a dynamic change of a flow in accordance with the automatic generation of a work flow and exceptional processing such as the sending-back of a document. SOLUTION: Relation between each task and a document is stored and managed by a document-task relation model data base 5 and the automatic generation of a work flow, the check of a corrected flow, exceptional processing at the time of sending back a document are respectively executed by a work flow automatic generation part 6, a corrected flow checking part 7 and exceptional processing parts 8, 9 by utilizing the relation. Noticing that a document such as an application form having the same form but different meaning in each task becomes a 'preparation' document in applicant's writing task and becomes a 'reference' ('approval') document in the case of an approval task by a supervisor or the like, the order relation of tasks is determined by the order of documents 'preparation' and 'reference' and a work flow is generated. |
