SUBSTANCE: regulator has p-n-p transistor whose emitter is connected to positive input lead of regulator, collector, to starting lead of primary winding of transformer with linear magnetic characteristic; finishing lead of transformer primary winding is connected to negative input lead of regulator; finishing lead of transformer secondary winding is connected to diode anode; diode cathode is connected to one of capacitor leads and other capacitor lead is connected to starting lead of transformer secondary winding. LC filter whose input is coupled with choke is connected to diode cathode; output lead of LC filter coupled with other lead of choke forms positive output terminal lead of regulator; other output lead of LC filter functions as negative output terminal lead of regulator and is connected to input negative lead forming common negative bus; cathodes of two additional valves are connected to starting lead of transformer secondary winding; anode of first valve is connected to starting lead of transformer primary winding and anode of second valve. to regulator common bus.
